Repairs done

Just 6 weeks after posting a picture of the damage done to the concrete deck on bridge 6 at Laverton, a repair was made as you can see in the pictures below:

Before you think this blog had anything to do with it, the repair was part of the annual inspection ! While you have a cherry picker at your disposal, you might as well make use of it.

The result was very pleasing:

Now to get some new wasp stripes - and have a word with the farmer? A pile of straw at the entrance to the bridge gives you an idea of the sort of traffic that passes through here.
